Age eligibility

Education department has modified its uniform age criteria for nursery, kindergarten (KG I) and KG II admissions.

Kids completing 3, 4 and 5 years before April 1 eligible for Nursery, KG and KG II respectively`Reports that kids below 3 years were being admitted to Nursery class were totally incorrect'.

How it will be implemented:

Nursery	Minimum Age should be +3 years
KG I	Minimum Age should be +4 years.
KG II	Minimum Age should be +5 years.
Class - 1	Minimum Age should be +6 years
