How we handle the information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an admission enquiry or a message through this website, we receive the details you type in: the student's and parents' names, date of birth, mobile numbers, email and address, and anything you write in the message box. Job applications are covered in the next section. The TC search uses an admission number and date of birth to find a certificate; we do not keep these after the search.
The AI assistant and job applications
Questions you type into the "Ask us a question" assistant are sent to Claude, an AI service from Anthropic, to write the answer. The school does not keep these conversations; your browser keeps the current one until you close the tab. Please don't type personal details such as phone or Aadhaar numbers into it.
When you apply for a job, we also receive your CV and your answers to the questions about the post. To fill in the form from your CV, write questions for the post and help our staff sort applications, these are processed by Claude too. Anthropic does not use any of this to train its models. The school's staff read every application and make every decision themselves. Job applications and CVs are deleted after a year.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to you: to call you about admission, answer your question or consider your application. Admission enquiries and messages are kept for two years (the current and the next academic session), then deleted. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone outside the school, except the service providers that handle it for us: Web3Forms, which delivers the website's forms to our email; Anthropic, as described above for job applications; Google, which runs our email; WhatsApp, if you choose to send your enquiry that way; and Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores job applications and the enquiries and messages sent through it.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use advertising networks or analytics. Some content comes from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load it: the fonts, the map on the contact page, the Google reviews and reviewers' photos on the home page, and the documents we link to on Google Drive. Google's own privacy policy applies to these.
